Creators And Developers
A father and son team, Ed and Chad
Fralick have been intimately involved in the
vision and design of DarkHorse.  They walked
the ground and had input in the course design.
Together they designed the placement of lots
within DarkHorse so that they would settle
into the hills and become part of nature.  An
eight year planning process has created a design
for the clubhouse and surrounding amenities that
